Best of 2016

Every year I keep thinking the next year will slow down, take an even pace, and that never seems to be the case! It's crazy to think a year ago I was still in Eugene with my studio and wouldn't find out about our move for another 2 weeks. And that I would then be living in Central Oregon in just a month! On top of our big move, David and I also planned a wedding. It of course wound up being during a crazy wind storm, but the best day we could've asked for! This year I photographed 16 weddings, made 4 trips to Alaska, 2 to California and one to Florida. I participated and was a sponsored vendor at my very first wedding show. And I learned a LOT! This year was huge for me as far as growth in my style and as an artist. I focused a lot of personal projects, what makes me happy in my work, and really owning my style. I'm so lucky to have clients that understand and trust my vision as my work continues to develop and progress. Here is to another busy year, can't wait too see what 2017 holds!
